🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Return Window:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (no exceptions).

Eligible Returns:

  • Defective/damaged items: Provide photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Unopened/unused products: Must be in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used cameras (hygiene/safety reasons).

  • Customized or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

Return Process:

  1. Request Approval: Email at the Contact Page with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of issue (if applicable)

    • Reason for return

  2. Approval & Instructions: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Ship Back: Send the item to our facility within 3 days of approval.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method.

  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective items. Contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

  • Late/Missing Refunds: If your refund is delayed, first contact your bank, then reach out to us.

  • Partial Refunds: May be issued if items are returned used or damaged.
